Corn-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 stick butter
    10 oz. pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
    milk as needed
    1 (No. 2) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 large green pepper, grated
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook rice as directed on box and add salt and butter.
    While still hot, grate in the pepper (don't get into the skin).
    Add grated cheese and pepper.
    Pour in milk to right consistency (not soupy).
    Fold in corn.
