Mexican Pizza Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
Preparation
    Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
    Combine all ingredients in medium bowl.
    Stir until blended, about 40 to 50 strokes.
    Lightly grease bottom and sides of a 13 x 9-inch cookie sheet or 12-inch round pizza pan.
    Spread dough out evenly on pan. Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 10 to 15 minutes after placing sauce and other pizza ingredients on it.
