Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 medium potatoes (White Rose)
    1 c. chopped celery
    4 Tbsp. green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3/4 c. mayo
    dash of pepper
    2 hard-boiled eggs
Preparation
    Wash
    potatoes, leave on skins.
    Cover with water.
    Add salt. Cook
    30
    minutes
    or
    until
    done.
    Let potatoes cool. Peel and cut into cubes.
    Add onions, egg, celery, pepper and mayo.\t(If too dry, add little milk.) Garnish with sliced egg. (Better when made 2 days ahead.)
