Colorful Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small white cabbage, sliced
    1/4 head red cabbage, sliced
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 carrot, shredded
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped red pepper
    3 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
Preparation
    Combine first seven ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
