German Caraway Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 can condensed beef broth
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, chopped
1 c. sour cream or yogurt
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 to 1 tsp. caraway seed
Preparation

Combine ground beef, salt, pepper and poultry seasoning, bread crumbs, milk, parsley and egg; mix lightly.
Shape into twenty-four 1 1/2-inch balls.
Brown in pan or oven.
Add condensed beef broth, mushrooms and chopped onion.
Blend sour cream mixture.
Stir into meatballs.
Bring to a boil and cool five minutes.
Serve with potatoes or noodles.
