Brunch Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. croutons
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. mild sausage
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Grate cheese.
    Brown and drain sausage.
    Place croutons in a greased oblong baking dish.
    Sprinkle cheese and sausage over croutons.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour into baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until set.
    Serves 6 to 8.
