Pork Chop-Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, sliced and peeled
    3 medium onions, sliced
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    6 large pork chops
    all-purpose flour
    salt
    pepper
    milk
Preparation
    Grease a large casserole dish.
    Place potato slices, onion slices and cheese in layers on bottom of casserole dish.
    Sprinkle each layer lightly with flour, salt and pepper.
    Pour enough milk over layers to fill 1-inch deep.
    Top with pork chops.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes, until pork chops are browned.
