Bamee(Okra) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh okra
    butter
    1 1/2 lb. lean lamb, cubed
    2 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 large can tomato sauce
    1 lemon
    1 tsp. kuzbara (coriander seed)
Preparation
    Wash okra; cut off tops of stem.
    Fry or broil okra in a small amount of butter or oil.
    Brown lamb in butter.
    Add water, spices, tomato sauce and garlic.
    Cook slowly in covered saucepan until meat is tender, stirring occasionally.
    Add browned okra, juice of lemon and cook slowly 5 minutes.
    Serve with rice (Shiriah).
