Vegetable Beef Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. stew beef
salt and pepper to taste
2 beef bouillon cubes (optional)
1 onion, cut in chunks
2 cans mixed vegetables, drained
2 cans tomato soup
2 or 3 small potatoes, peeled and cubed
Preparation

Cook beef, salt, pepper, bouillon cubes and onion until beef is tender.
Add mixed vegetables and potatoes.
Continue cooking until potatoes are tender.
Add tomato soup and continue cooking until soup is well blended.
