Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 corn tortillas
1 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
1 can chili
1/4 c. catsup
2 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Brown and drain hamburger; add chili and heat thoroughly.
Add catsup.
On each tortilla, place about 3 tablespoons meat mixture and 2 tablespoons cheese.
Roll up and place in casserole dish. Add water to remaining meat mixture and pour over enchiladas.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 to 45 minutes until hot.
Serves 4 to 6.
