Tasty Sausage Tidbits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sausage
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    2 c. (8 oz.) grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Shape sausage into 1-inch balls.
    Place on rack.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
    Mix remaining ingredients. Heat just until cheese has melted, stirring occasionally.
    Pour sauce over sausage balls.
    Garnish with grated cheese and coarse black pepper, if desired.
    Yield: about 100 sausage balls.
