Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    1 qt. fruit or large can (peaches are good)
Preparation
    Melt butter in casserole dish; mix in all ingredients, except fruit.
    Pour fruit over batter.
    Do not stir!
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Batter will rise over fruit.
