Easy Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. chili powder
1 egg
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 small onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients.
Shape into patties.
Brown on both sides in a small amount of oil.
Drain well.
Stir in soup and 1/2 soup can of water.
Simmer covered for several minutes.
