Ritz Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 beaten egg
    Ritz crackers, finely crushed
Preparation
    Dip pork chops in beaten egg; coat with crumbs.
    Brown on both sides in oil in skillet.
    Arrange in single layer in a 9 X 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 6.
