Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground meat
    2 Tbsp. Tender Quick
    1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. coriander
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and shape into 8 ounce logs. Wrap in plastic wrap and store in refrigerator for 24 hours.
    Bake on rack in oven for 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
