Refrigerator Pineapple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
    3/4 large can crushed pineapple, well drained
    2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding (dry)
    1 (16 oz.) container sour cream or plain yogurt
Preparation
    Fold pineapple and dry pudding into sour cream (or yogurt). Place into cooled, baked shell.
    Refrigerate for 1 hour or more. Serve with whipped cream (and maybe a maraschino cherry for color!).
