Dewberry Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. dewberries
2 c. juice with water
6 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

For fresh dewberries, add enough water to make 2 cups juice. Heat to boiling; drain fruit.
Mix cornstarch and sugar into juice and cook until just thickened, stirring constantly with a wire whisk.
Add the butter, lemon juice and salt, then the drained fruit.
