Polk Salad With Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    polk salad
    3 strips bacon
    2 to 3 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Wash
    and stem polk salad.
    Bring to a boil in a generous amount
    of\twater.\tCook about 3 minutes; pour off water. Add about 2 cups water, then cook until tender.
    Strain water from greens.
