Gourmet Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. sage
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. cracker crumbs (about 24 crackers)
    1 onion (medium size), finely chopped
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    2 Tbsp. sliced ripe olives
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Drain 1/4 cup of tomato juice from tomatoes and reserve for making
    sauce.
    Combine
    beef,
    salt,
    pepper, sage, eggs, cracker crumbs,
    remaining tomatoes and onions.
    Shape in loaf pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
