Pan-Fried Venison - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. venison steaks
1/4 c. cream or evaporated milk
1/4 c. flour
3 Tbsp. margarine
salt and pepper
garlic salt
Preparation

Dip steaks into cream or milk and dredge in flour.
Brown in hot margarine and season with salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste.
