Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 potatoes
2 to 3 eggs
1 large bag Mozzarella cheese
parsley (optional)
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Boil potatoes.
Mash and let steam escape.
Mix all ingredients.
Grease a pie pan and fill with mixture.
Dab on top with butter.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour (covered with foil), then 1/2 hour uncovered.
(May wish to broil last few minutes to brown top.)
