Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 potatoes, sliced thin
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 onions, sliced thin
8 oz. pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced thin
Preparation

Butter casserole dish.
Layer sliced potatoes, onion and mushrooms, then sprinkle in cheese.
Make several layers, ending with cheese.
Pour soup on top.
You may dilute soup with a little water.
Cover with foil and bake at 275\u00b0 to 300\u00b0 for 3 hours.
