Ingredients

4 large eggs
1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. milk
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Angel Flake coconut
Preparation

Cream sugar and butter well.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
Add flour and salt, then milk and vanilla.
Stir in coconut.
Pour into well buttered pie plate.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
Turn off oven and let set 10 minutes in oven.
