Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. melted butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts (fine, about 2 c.)
1/2 lb. caramels
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Mix melted butter, sugar, vanilla and nuts together.
Add dry ingredients.
Using a teaspoonful of dough, shape to resemble an acorn.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
