Lemon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 heaping tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    rind of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Cream the margarine, sugar and eggs.
    Add rest of ingredients. Add nuts last.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
