Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. zucchini, coarsely grated
3 eggs
1/2 c. green onion, minced
2 small garlic cloves, minced
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. biscuit mix
1 tsp. dill
1 tsp. chopped chives
salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese*
Preparation

Press mixture out of zucchini.
Combine all ingredients.
Top with 1/4 cup cheese.
Place in oiled 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until brown.
Serves 6.
