Stuffed Eggplant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large eggplant
    3 Tbsp. green pepper
    1/2 c. celery
    1/4 c. onion
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
    paprika
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Scoop middle out of eggplant.
    Save shell halves.
    Saute pepper, celery and onion in butter. Add raw diced eggplant.
    Add ground beef. Add bread crumbs, egg and a little water.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Put mixture in shell of eggplant and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to one hour.
    Top with grated cheese.
