Pick-A-Dilly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 peck green tomatoes
    12 red peppers
    12 green peppers
    1 qt. small onions
    3 qt. cider vinegar
    7 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. salt
    1 c. mustard seed
    3 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. powdered allspice
Preparation
    Grind tomatoes, pepper and onion.
    Set over colander and drain.
    Discard liquid.
    Put mixture in pot.
    Add 2 quarts vinegar.
    Boil uncovered for 30 minutes.
    Stir.
    Drain in colander and discard liquid.
    Put mixture in pot again.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer 3 minutes.
    Seal and process in pint jars 10 minutes.
    Makes 12 pints.
