Raisin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

grated rind and juice of 2 lemons
grated rind and juice of 1 orange
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. raisins
1 1/4 c. water
1 c. walnuts (optional)
3 Tbsp. cornstarch dissolved in 1 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Cook all ingredients except cornstarch.
When it boils, add cornstarch and cook until clear and thickened.
Use as filling for 9-inch double crust pie.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
