Beet Au Vin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 lb. beets, cut into cubes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery or chicken soup
    1 pkg. onion soup (dry)
    1 c. Burgundy wine
Preparation
    Mix together; put in covered casserole with tight lid and bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 to 4 hours.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
