Hot Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped hot peppers
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    6 c. sugar
    2 c. vinegar
    1 box Certo (2 pkg. to box)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    green or red food coloring (optional)
Preparation
    Boil chopped peppers, sugar, vinegar and salt for 4 to 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat; add Certo and food coloring (if desired).
    Pour into jars.
