Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head iceberg lettuce
    1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
    1 (15 oz.) can Ranch Style beans
    1 c. corn chips, crushed
Preparation
    Chop lettuce.
    Add all other ingredients except dressing. Just before serving, add dressing and toss.
