Nutty Cheese Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. milk
1 egg
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. broken pecans
pimiento (to color)
Preparation

Mix first 6 ingredients in saucepan.
Stir until thick.
Add cream cheese to hot mixture.
Add pimiento and mix well, then add pecans.
Place in bowl; cover well.
Let stay in refrigerator at least 24 hours.
Really delicious! Serve in a pretty bowl with assorted crackers.
