Jalapeno Cornbread Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cornmeal
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 (15 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    4 to 6 jalapeno peppers
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix cornmeal, milk, eggs, corn, beans, salt and oil together. Batter will be thin.
    Cook ground beef and drain.
    In a large bowl combine meat, onion, peppers and cheese.
    Pour 1/2 of the batter into a well greased cast-iron pan.
    Spread filling evenly over batter.
    Pour remaining batter over filling.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
