Spaghetti Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    dash of oregano
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 can mushrooms (optional)
    1/2 lb. ground beef or Italian sausage
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti as directed on package.
    In a bowl, blend milk and egg.
    Add spaghetti; toss to coat.
    Spread spaghetti in a jelly roll pan that has been coated with nonstick spray.
    In a large skillet, brown the ground beef.
    Add onion, green pepper and garlic.
    Drain off the fat.
    Add seasonings and tomato sauce. Simmer 5 minutes.
    Spoon meat mixture over spaghetti; top with mushrooms and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
    Serves 8.
