Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 cans beef or chicken broth
    4 c. chopped cabbage
    1 c. chopped potato
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can kidney beans
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in vegetable oil.
    Add beef broth, cabbage, potato, onion, tomato sauce, salt and pepper.
    Cook on medium-low for 30 minutes until vegetables are tender.
    Add kidney beans and simmer for 30 minutes.
