Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. good quality beef, cubed
    little water
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown good quality beef.
    Add a little water and simmer until tender.
    Add mushroom soup and sour cream.
    Simmer another 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serve over noodles.
