Tangy Lime-Pecan Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (3 oz.) lime flavored gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (No. 1) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans
    1/2 tsp. cream-style horseradish
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1/3 tsp. salt
    green food coloring (optional)
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Blend in pineapple; add cottage cheese, mayonnaise and condensed milk, mixing thoroughly. Add nuts, horseradish, lemon juice, salt and food coloring; mix well.
    Pour into large mold and refrigerate until firm. (Horseradish is a must to give it zing.)
    Makes 6 servings.
