Mango Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or vegetable oil
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. mango
    1 tsp. lime juice
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar.
    Add eggs one at a time.
    Beat in dry ingredients, then fold in mango, lime juice and nuts.
    Bake in 9-inch loaf pan at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Best a day after baking.
