Tomato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 baked pie shell
4 to 5 ripe tomatoes
1/2 c. mayo
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
garlic powder
Preparation
-
Peel and slice tomatoes.
Place tomatoes in baked pie shell. Dab mayonnaise on tomatoes.
Sprinkle with garlic powder. Place cheese on top.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for approximately 10 minutes. Remove, cool and serve.
