Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cooked, deboned chicken (reserve 1/2 c. broth)
1 Tbsp. poppy seed
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
35 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. butter
Preparation

Layer chicken in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish or pan.
Mix together all other ingredients except butter and cracker crumbs. Pour over top of chicken, and top with cracker crumbs.
Drizzle butter on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until good and bubbly.
