Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. lard, chilled and diced
    2/3 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Sift together dry ingredients into mixing bowl.
    Blend lard in with pastry blender until mixture is the consistency of coarse cornmeal.
    Add all buttermilk and stir with fork to form a soft dough but not sticky.
