Eggplant Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium eggplant, peeled, cooked and mashed
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
Preparation
-
Mix eggs and milk with eggplant.
Gradually add dry ingredients which have been sifted together.
Add onion and seasonings.
Mix well and add by teaspoons to hot oil.
Fry until golden and well done.
