Imelda'S Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. soft margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 1/2 c. mashed bananas (about 4 small)
    3/4 c. all-bran cereal
    1/4 c. wheat germ
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Cream sugar, margarine and egg.
    Beat well.
    Stir in banana, cereal and vanilla.
    Add nuts and wheat germ.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes in a well-greased metal loaf pan or for 60 minutes at 325\u00b0 in glass loaf pan.
