Sticky Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chicken wings, trimmed and cut into sections
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Arrange wings in baking pan.
    Mix
    all other ingredients and pour over chicken.\tBake two hours at 325\u00b0 or until sticky.
