Honey Crumb Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour, sifted
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. shortening, melted
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder and salt.
    Mix in corn flake crumbs.
    In a separate bowl, combine egg, milk and honey.
    Add egg mixture to dry ingredients.
    Add shortening and stir only until combined.
    Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
    Makes 1 dozen muffins.
