Chilled Chive And Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium zucchini, quartered
    1 3/4 c. chicken broth
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. quick or old fashioned oats (uncooked)
    1 medium carrot, quartered
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) cartons plain yogurt
    2 Tbsp. chopped chives
Preparation
    Combine zucchini, broth, milk, oats, carrots and salt in blender.
    Blend until smooth, about 15 seconds.
    Combine zucchini mixture, yogurt and chives in large bowl; mix well.
    Cover and chill several hours.
    Sprinkle with additional chopped chives to serve, if desired.
    Additional milk may be added if soup becomes too thick upon standing.
    Makes about 6 servings.
