Hawaiian Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/4 c. minced bell pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. chopped nuts
    additional chopped nuts
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese; mix in next 5 ingredients, then chill at least 3 hours.
    Roll cheese mixture into a ball, then roll in chopped nuts.
    Serve with an array of crackers.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
