Microwave Toasted Butter Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pecan halves (4 c.)
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 c. oleo
Preparation
    Put pecan halves into a 1-quart measuring cup.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Cut oleo into 4 pieces and place over top of pecans.
    Put in microwave and cook for 8 to 10 minutes on High.
    Mix evenly to distribute oleo.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Yields 1 pound.
