Blonde Brownies * - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 box light brown sugar
2/3 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. plain flour
1 pkg. chocolate chips or butterscotch chips
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Mix eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla in bowl; add nuts.
Sift together flour, baking powder, soda and salt in same bowl.
Batter will be stiff.
Grease pan or Pyrex dish and spread batter into it, then place package of chips on top of batter and press them in the batter a little.
Bake in oven at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
